We read every message and usually reply within a day or two.
Common questions
- The daily line is free. A subscription adds saving lines, journaling, and your own book. You can read Saudade every day without paying.
- Managing your subscription. Subscriptions renew through your Apple ID. To change or cancel, open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or tap "Manage" inside Saudade. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Free trial. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- Restore a purchase. New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases."
- Your writing. Everything you write can be exported from the app as a plain-text book at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from our database.

Email hello@saudades.studio with what happened and, if you can, your device and iOS version. It genuinely helps — people find bugs we never could have imagined, and it's on us to fix them.
